With a curious mindset, I got to have a chat to former WCPW General Manager, Adam Pacitti, about what he thinks is causing the recent boom in public interest over British wrestling. He talks about the WWE UK Championship, the future of WCPW, and who he thinks we should be watching as the next year plays out.
WhatCulture WWE is the reason this site exists, as after they turned me down for a writing job, I decided to start my own site, and now, almost nine months later, I’m pretty proud about where we are. This started as me recapping Raw and SmackDown on my own as something to do while I was off work waiting for a stomach operation, which I had the night after WrestleMania. I still recapped half of ‘Mania, although I’ll admit I got someone else to cover Raw the night after my surgery.
Okay guys, Steph here for Raw tonight, and I apologise if I seem a little bit disappointed in the show, but you have to understand that I just watched WCPW Loaded. Which was BLOODY GOOD and had Noam Dar and Jay Lethal in it. So, after that, tonight might be a bit disappointing. Also, it’s American Day, and I’m probably too British to properly appreciate the patriotism we’re to expect tonight.
Apologies for the delay, my darlings, and this one will be a short session, as I appear to be feeling distinctly unfabulous this week. I can’t think what is happening, but we shall be sure to remedy it for next week. Without further ado – Gaywatch!
